I opened the compass but it says there are no refill stations near me, what can I do?
You can try searching by different drinking types (bottle refill, drinking fountain, jug). If you are in a location with no water stations available, you can add stations at findtap.com/add.
I found a refill station that is not on Tap, how can I add it to the map?
Anyone, anywhere can add a water station at findtap.com/add.
I have water available at my business, can I join as an Authorized Refill Station?
Yes! You can Join the Network and get your business published on the app in just a few minutes. Thank you for providing patrons with the ability to refill! We are grateful for your support.

What are the requirements to be a Tap Ambassador?
A Tap Ambassador conducts outreach for the Tap Refill Station Network, adding all of the places where you can refill in YOUR region to the Tap map. Ambassadors are outgoing, knowledgeable about the plastic pollution crisis, and want to make a difference in their communities. If you’d like to become an Ambassador, the first step is to add 10 refill stations at findtap.com/add.
What do I need to do to get my group involved with Tap?
We work with a variety of organizations dedicated to the environment and engaging the community around refilling. Please contact us to express your interest!
We are trying to pass a Bottle Ban in our town/city, how can Tap help?
Tap can help you by mapping the current drinking infrastructure to show where people can already refill. From there we will help your town identify the key locations to upgrade old drinking fountains to bottle fillers in order to promote refilling and support your Bottle Ban proposal with measurable impact.

How can I earn Tap Rewards?
The Tap Fountain Interactive Experience is currently in its pilot stage. Users may scan any Tap QR for a total of 3 times a day. This QR code cannot be replicated or distributed for any reason. Rewards are stored via email and users will be notified as redemptions become available. Tap Accounts are limited to one email address per person.
